Surrounded by large oaks amidst the rolling hills and beautiful residential homes of Alamo is the splendid Round Hill Country Club. Centrally located in Contra Costa and within a mile of the freeway, this hidden jewel has been facilitating events for over 40 years.

The Mediterranean accents and soft, muted contemporary tones and colors complement newly appointed modern furnishings. The banquet wing is designed separately from its luxurious golf course, giving privacy to their special events. The spacious, comfortable breezeway with large picturesque windows is adjacent to the Vista Ballroom and lends itself to a smooth flow from a reception area to the cocktail and dining areas.

The Club specializes in American/ Mediterranean-style cuisines. In addition to his flexible, well-planned menus are the Round Hill Country Club’s beverage packages. I find that the price-per-person beverage package, along with no cake cutting fees, are a rarity and a delightful feature – a perfect way for clients to budget their money!

While I was observing the President Dining Room setup for a wedding buffet and the Vista Ballroom setup for an elegant sit-down reception, I could not help but notice the accommodating staff working together as a finely-tuned team. A banquet manager was present to oversee that the room and staff were in place in plenty of time before the guests arrived. Even the placement of the guest book and the treatment surrounding it were done with such attention to detail.
