"I still have not come down from Cloud 9. Jessica and Michael's wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more." "Everything was as close to perfect as anyone could expect. We had so many compliments on what a wonderful and loving event it was." These are two comments from the many thank you notes Tosca has received from her clients.

When Tosca first meets with the bride and groom and their families, she finds out what is essential to them. Preserving her clients' vision is of utmost importance to her. After the booking, she gives each family binders with checklists, contracts,  a vendor directory, the payment schedule, and floor plans.

 "Weddings are my passion," she smiles; her cool and calm style, as well as enthusiasm and dedication are still the same as when we met the first time. "I still carry my two large emergency baskets to each wedding," she told me the other day. She remembered how impressed I was finding that she was prepared for every eventuality with aspirin, cleaning solution, sewing materials, an extra cummerbund, and even a spare wedding ring.

During the past years, Tosca's fame and the budgets of her events have grown as she has designed more extravagant wedding productions. Examples are the winter wonderland at San Francisco City Hall; the thousands of sunflowers at the winery; the tropical theme at Kohl Mansion, where each room was decorated in a different color theme; and the East Indian wedding lasting several days. She loves to surprise her clients with personal touches on the day of the wedding. For a poetry enthusiast, Tosca placed framed poems and verses around the reception area.

Her continued success has placed Tosca on the preferred list of the most prestigious hotels, mansions, and wineries in the Greater Bay Area. She is so widely respected by her professional peers, I asked her to author the seventh edition of By Recommendation Only. During the past years she was invited to speak at professional meetings and conferences,  interviewed by local TV and radio stations, and was featured in newspapers and leading wedding magazines.
