It all began when Stu's boss asked him to act as MC for his upcoming marketing event. At that time he worked in promotion and sales for a limo company. Seeing that his guests had so much fun, Stu realized that he had a natural talent. It just so happened that his boss owned a DJ company as well and recognized Stu's potentials right away. Shortly thereafter Stu accepted an MC position for a few gigs. His brothers, professional musicians themselves, encouraged him to start his own band..

That was in 1994. Now, after about 1500 hundred events, this band leader/ lead singer/ MC is as committed as ever. Stu and his show band constantly reinvent themselves as they follow the latest trends. Their extensive song list includes hits from the eighties to the current pop songs, with Motown, Soul, and Swing dispersed in between. They watch the crowd closely and know what works. Besides acting as MC, Stu is one of the group's lead singers. He is proud of his band, whose energy and presentation bring guests to the dance floor. Stu knows how to engage the guests and loves interacting with them. He constantly reads the crowd and adjusts the music to their liking. As with every serious event professional, Stu is a firm believer in a well-planned itinerary. He owns DJ equipment and can play music during the breaks. The band is willing to learn songs and help their clients bring special touches to the event. With so much experience Stu is familiar with many venues and their advantages and drawbacks; he knows how to make them work for the event.

The band brings along professional lighting and sound, including cordless mics. An event coordinator with whom I spoke has hired Stu several times. She liked the band's energy and professionalism, and told me that she intends to hire him again. Besides many private celebrations, the band has played for celebrities, such as Alicia Silverstone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Pixar Animation stars and executives, the 49ers, the Raiders, and the Giants.
